Início / Atualize com um plano,
A spring-loaded espresso tamper that resets after every press for a more consistent, level tamp. Stainless threaded base in 51 mm, 53 mm, or 58.5 mm, with a black or black-walnut handle. Pick your basket size and finish below.
Most tamping problems aren’t about strength — they’re about repeating the same press every single time. This tamper uses a calibrated spring, so the pressure resets on its own: you push until it gives, and that’s the same tamp shot after shot.
We picked it for home baristas who are still dialing in and want one less variable to fight. It won’t turn you into a barista overnight, but it quietly removes a habit that’s genuinely hard to build by hand.
Rest the base flat on the coffee bed and press straight down until the spring releases — no need to lean your weight into it.
Wipe the base with a dry cloth after use. If coffee oils build up, the metal parts unscrew for a quick rinse and dry. On the walnut version, keep the wooden handle away from soaking water to protect the finish.
