These Terms of Service govern your use of homebaristamods.com and any purchase you make through it. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Home Barista Mods is operated by an individual seller based in Shenzhen, China. Contact: [email protected].

Products and pricing

We sell espresso machine modification parts and accessories. All prices are listed in euros (EUR). We reserve the right to correct pricing or listing errors and to limit order quantities.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We confirm the order by email and process it once payment is received. We may decline or cancel an order if we suspect fraud or cannot ship to your address.

Payment

Payments are processed by PayPal. By paying, you authorize PayPal to charge your selected payment method. We do not store your card or bank details.

Shipping

Shipping methods, costs, and delivery times are described on our Shipping Policy page and shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Product use and safety

Our products are modification parts for espresso machines. Installation and use are at your own risk. Some modifications involve electrical or pressure components. Always follow the installation guide for your product, disconnect power before working on your machine, and consult a qualified technician if you are unsure. See our mod safety matrix.

Limitation of liability

We are not liable for damage to your machine, property, or person resulting from improper installation or use of our products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Intellectual property

All site content (text, images, guides) is owned by Home Barista Mods or used with permission. You may not copy or republish it without our written consent.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the seller’s place of business. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, without prejudice to your mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.

We may update these terms at any time. The “last updated” date below reflects the current version.
