Where we ship

We ship to Europe, the United States, and Australia. If your country is not listed at checkout, contact us and we will check whether delivery can be arranged.

Shipping methods (choose at checkout)

For each region we offer three shipping options so you can balance speed and cost:

• Express – 2-5 business days, fully tracked (courier such as UPS, DHL, or FedEx). Fastest and most reliable.
• Standard – 7-15 business days, tracked postal service. Good balance of cost and speed.
• Economy – 20-45 business days, limited or no tracking. Cheapest, for non-urgent orders.

Shipping cost is calculated by weight and shown at checkout before you pay. We currently do not offer free shipping.

Order processing

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days of payment. You will receive a tracking number (for Express and Standard) by email once your order ships.

Where we ship from

We are based in Shenzhen, China, and our carrier collects daily. Local pickup is not available.

Customs, duties, and taxes

Your order may be subject to import duties, VAT/GST, or customs fees set by your country. These charges are your responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. For EU orders below €150, VAT may be collected at checkout under IOSS where applicable.

Delivery issues

If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, contact us at [email protected] within 7 days. For tracked shipments we will open an inquiry with the carrier.

Address accuracy

You are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address. We are not liable for packages returned or delayed due to an incorrect address. Re-shipping a returned package is at your cost.
